"Went through the drive thru today and…"
Went through the drive thru today and when I got home and checked my food. The fried pickles were definitely fried, burnt to a crisp.

"Wow"
I have been in Alaska for the last 10 years. We do not have any banks, restaurants, fast food, atm's, gas stations, grocery stores, etc. I was so confused with the menus of the fast food down here. I asked my friend to write down exactly what they wanted. So I would not get it wrong, because there are so many new things on the menu in the last 10 years. Handed my list at the drive-thru to a young lady with a tablet. My order was completely wrong. Ordered a kid meal grilled cheese Coke no ice. Got the kiddy meal but with diet Coke. Ordered wings and things combo wimpy flavor no Zach sauce,but ranch. Ordered five extra fingers no Zack sauce. Ranch instead. Four extra ranches. 1 large peach tea. I got 10 fingers and a large order of fry no seasoning on the fries on any order. Got no extra sauces. Received no wing and thing combo. They did ring me up correctly for what they put on my order but it is not what I wanted. I was calling to inform them of the mistake but I did pay for what they did give me. The young gentleman Frankie completely handled me very politely and gave me a complete new meal. At no charge to me. This surprise and impressed me. I am very very appreciative of how well they took care of me. Others have had this experience and just feel justified they fixed it. But I am very appreciative for what they have done. This goes above and beyond taking care of a customer and making sure that I was happy. They make me feel special.

"Free zax snack"
I downloaded the zax app today, ordered 65.00 worth of food. Get to the store and gave them my phone to scan for the Free snack that is advertised, but they tell me that the app isn't working but I ordered my meal on the app. So they didn't give me the free snack that they are advertising. I'm going to do give my business to Popeyes.

People who are saying it is bad food you might think that but food is food everyone has different taste buds and the people that say it is dry maybe you should put some sauce on it.

"This is probably the 5th time I’ve…"
This is probably the 5th time I’ve ordered from Zaxbys on Keith Bridge in Cumming Ga. Every. Single. Time. I have to go in and have them redo my order. It’s absolutely ridiculous.. nothing but a bunch of rude teenagers that could care less if the food is correct. I had them this time redo my order and they STILL got it wrong. I’m beyond irritated. Zaxbys management needs to get a grip on their store.. absolutely horrible… just once I’d like to actually get what I friggin order!! How is that so difficult!?

"Incorrectly made food"
The worker kept asking me to repeat my order several times they were having a conversation with someone else while trying to take my order. My order was wrong. I went inside and asked them to remake it. I ordered my chicken sandwich with cheese, pickles and mayo (on the side) no ketchup no ranch for my cheese bites amd fries were given either. All of it was incorrect. The manager came over and I told her I wanted it redone it was incorrect she just handed it to the cook and said put cheese and pickles on this. This is the 3rd time they've incorrectly made my order.

Also asked for fried Pickles.
Had to place order 4 times ladies were laughing. When she finally took order she made the remark that this on didn't give a damn. I let her know that I heard her and she shouldn't be talking about the customer like that and I didn't give a damn.
I drove around to the window.
They had a sign Peach Tea $1.00. So I inquired. The lady said they were out. Paid for my order and asked where were my fried Pickles. The lady replied. Oh you wanted fried Pickles. I told her I ordered them 4 times and if they had not been laughing maybe they would have heard me. The lady replied well you will have to wait for them to cook. So I passed.
Got home with food. The wings were either overcooked or had been cooked for a while. They were dry and hard. Nasty. Both orders cold. Salad was OK but instead of a garden they still put fried chicken which we had to pick out. I was very disappointed in all of the order. This was at Zaxbys Covington bypass

"Not Even a I'm sorry!"
Dothan Montgomery Highway location order # 4372.11:51a.m. I get it things happen.waited along with 3 other cars directed to park in pickup spaces.waited a long time.brought out all 3 cars orders at the same time.not good.got home missing salad dressings plus paid extra for one. Missing zaxby sauce for chicken finger meal. Fries were soggy. Called about missing dressings & sauce. The lady that answered never said I'm sorry just are you coming back to today to get them, No I live out of town just wanted to let you know so whoevers job it is needs to be aware. She said okay...Click! Wow.The Ozark location has Great Customer Service. This is the 2nd time I've had an unsatisfactory experience with this location.

"Apopka Florida location review"
I went to Zaxby's because I've been going to a competitor quite a bit more than anticipated. I ordered online and they could not find my order when I got there and barely acknowledged this or really even greeted me decently. One of the reasons I went to Zaxby's is bc it's usually good food, though it was just okay this time. I would secret shop Culver's or hire somebody from there because their business model, service, friendliness, online ordering ease, food and everything is by far superior and going to make sure I honestly don't come back to Zaxby's. Culver's has increased my eating out, whereas zaxbys? Only If someone else is paying and obtaining order

"Needs work, not how it use to be"
Everytime i go, the fries are never seasoned the way they should be. It's very rare to have them seasoned correctly now. And the fries are one of my favorite things there and it sucks to pull out of the drive thru and them not be the way they should be

"I was very disappointed"
I was very disappointed, I order on line, to be delivered. the food wasn't that hot, they forgot to give me a extra fry, with one of my orders. They gave me two small drinks, one was supposed to be an Large. Call the store. Was disappointed. Wanted me to go get the drink. They said, the fries was right. Like I told her, one was big, the other order just had 4 fries in it. I didn't have no way. They was RUDE, when I was talking to them. What happened to the saying , the Customer is always right. I guess, that Old School now. Will not go back, until they make it right.

"I waited in line for 25 minutes in line…"
I waited in line for 25 minutes in line and the last 15 minutes the drive thru person ignored taking orders. Then cleared out the whole line at 7:01stating they were closed. I am empathetic to being short staffed and I spoke to the manager and she was upset and kind. But there was no resolution and a half hour of my time was wasted. Whoever was taking orders really should have consequences that was intentional and unprofessional. Now I’m in line at a competitors drive through and still not home from work. I know there is an obvious internal issue with the staff because the manager said this is a consistent on going issue and that this isn’t the first time this happened.

Today we had zaxbys cater our lunch today and it was amazing great job Winchester crew and their homemade bbq chips was amazing
