"I drove around for what felt like forever..."
I drove around for what felt like forever trying to find a parking spot, even checking the far side of the lot near the back entrance. Nothing opened up, and I eventually just left feeling annoyed and still hungry.

"Rewards have been worth using"
I’ve used a few fast food rewards apps before, and Zaxby’s has been one of the better ones for me. The points usually show up quickly, and it’s always nice getting free stuff here and there. I just wish the offers popped up a little more often

I ordered through zaxbys for pickup and, like I said, that part was easy. No real problems with the ordering or pickup process. The food tasted decent, but it was barely warm by the time I got home, and I only live about 5 minutes away. Like I said, the flavor wasn’t bad, but the fries were kinda soft and that was disappointing. Not the worst meal I’ve had, but not great either. I’ll probably give it another shot, just hoping it’s actually hot next time.

"Online ordering was frustrating"
Well... I tried ordering from Zaxby's and it was kind of annoying. The site kept lagging, and at one point my cart reset so I had to add everything all over again. Not the end of the world, but definitely not what you want when you’re already hungry. The pickup time was also off by about 20 minutes, and the store said they didn’t see my order right away. The food was fine once I finally got it, but the online ordering experience could really use some work.

It’s not bad, i liked it at first, but I kept wishing they had more sauces. Like, the food itself is fine, and I’d probably still grab it again, but after a couple times it starts to feel kind of repetitive. More sauce choices would make a big difference because right now it gets boring fast.

I like Zaxby’s because the menu has a lot to choose from. Wings, salads, sandwiches, chicken fingers — everything I’ve had has been good. It’s nice when everyone in my house wants something different, which of course they always do, because apparently nobody can just agree on one thing. Ordering on Zaxby's was simple too, no issues at all.

"Big portions, no stingy nonsense"
The portions are the main reason I keep ordering from Zaxby’s. The chicken fingers are actually big, the fries are piled in there, and I can usually get full without having to add a bunch of extra crap. My last order from Zaxby's was easy, and the box was packed well too. Felt like I actually got what I paid for, which is saying something because fast food portions have been kind of a joke lately.

My order showed up cold, and the fries were missing completely. I reached out to support, but it felt like I was just getting copy-paste replies instead of actual help. Disappointing experience overall.

The food was fine overall, nothing really to complain about there. To be fair, they might have just been busy, but the wait did feel longer than I expected. Not a bad experience, just something to keep in mind if you're in a hurry.

"Menu looks good until you actually try to order"
I tried ordering through zaxbys.com and it showed all this stuff like I’d be able to get it, but once I picked my store, half of what I wanted wasn’t available. Even basic sides were missing. It’s annoying because the site kind of makes it seem like you have options, then reality hits when you’re already hungry and clicking around...

I don’t know why, but Zaxby’s feels completely different depending on which location you go to. One spot will be decent, then the next one is a mess. I ordered the same meal at two different stores and it felt like I was eating at two separate restaurants. The food tasted different, the service was totally different, and when something was off, it kind of had that “they made it my problem” feeling instead of just fixing it. I just wish they were more consistent from place to place.

"Pretty Good Overall"
The tables were clean, and the bathroom was decent, which always gives me a good feeling about a place. I did notice a few crumbs on the floor, but nothing that made me feel put off. My gut says they’re keeping up with things well. Overall, it was a good visit.

"I was just expecting a simple, easy takeout..."
I was just expecting a simple, easy takeout order, but the bag basically fell apart in my car. The box was soggy, sauce had leaked everywhere, and the fries were smashed by the time I opened it. Really disappointing, especially when I was just trying to grab a hassle-free meal. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again

I left feeling a little unsure about the whole experience. The staff barely spoke to me, and I felt like I was bothering them just by being there. A little friendliness or reassurance would’ve gone a long way and made me feel more comfortable

The chicken was dry, like... not awful, but definitely not great. The fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while, which was kind of disappointing. The sauce helped a bit, I guess, but still... for the price, I expected better...

"Zaxby’s Might Be Winning Me Over"
I’ve usually been loyal to my usual chicken spot, so ordering Zaxby’s for lunch felt a little like cheating. But the chicken was really fresh. It came hot, juicy, and didn’t have that “been sitting under a heat lamp forever” taste. The tenders had a nice crunch too, which I appreciated. I’ve had some seriously dry chicken from other places lately, so this was a pleasant surprise. Not saying I’m fully switching sides yet... but I’d definitely order from Zaxby’s again.

"Yep, seating is definitely limited"
I’d heard this place could be a little cramped, and that pretty much matched my experience. The food was fine, no real complaints there, but finding a seat inside was tougher than I expected. Kind of confirmed what I already thought going in — they could really use more seating.

"Wish I’d Ordered Here Sooner"
I ordered from zaxbys.com for pickup, everything was exactly how I entered it. Sauces were there, no slaw, extra toast, all of it. The food was ready when I showed up too. I’ve had other places mess up easy orders before, so I kind of regret not giving this location a shot sooner. It was nice to have it done right the first time

I had a small issue with my order, which was a bit annoying, but to their credit, support got back to me quickly and sorted it out without dragging the whole thing into a huge hassle.
